A bicycle-friendly university, city and region

In cooperation with the area "Third Mission", the exchange of the University of Bayreuth with regional actors for a more bicycle-friendly city and region is being explored.

As part of a project on "Transformation Laboratory University" funded by the Stifterverband, work is being done with representatives of forum 1.5, the Institute for Entrepreneurship and Innovation, the University Governing Board and the city of Bayreuth on the goal of promoting sustainable mobility.
